You may cancel your order if the ShippingGeese have not yet processed your payment and have not packed or shipped your stuff.  The SallyGoose and her team work diligently to get your order packed and out the door within 1-2 days so cancellations need to be done quickly!

Refunds are available if the merchandise returned to the nest within 30 days of purchase (after 30 days, there are no returns or exchanges).  PLEASE BUY CAREFULLY - All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee!   You must obtain a return authorization number before shipping anything back to us. If there's a problem with your order, please contact CoralGoose. 

For exchanges that are not the result of a GooseError, you must pay $4.95 shipping and you must pay the return shipping. 

We're reasonable Geese - legitimate concerns (ie received the wrong thing, didn't receive the correct quantity etc) will be dealt with fairly.  We want you to be happy and to enjoy your experience at the nest.  However, "I don't want it anymore" or "I don't have the money to spend on this kind of stuff" and similar excuses are subject to a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please be reasonable, we're not Walmart!
