EXCHANGES/RETURNS
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 35% restocking fee. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
All items must be returned in "new" condition in the original packaging and have all pieces. Returns and exchanges will be charged 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is not a penalty. It is a costly process to prepare for resale and restock products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges will incur another $4.95 shipping fee.
PLEASE BUY CAREFULLY - in order to keep our prices low, we have to be strict about our exchange and return policies. Too many returns don't even include all of the product that we sent. This unethical practice costs everyone money.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 24 hours. Reports after that time will not be honored.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
We're reasonable Geese - legitimate concerns (ie received the wrong thing, didn't receive the correct quantity etc) will be dealt with fairly. We want you to be happy and to enjoy your experience at the nest. However, "I don't want it anymore" or "I don't have the money to spend on this kind of stuff" and similar excuses are subject to a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please be reasonable, we're not Walmart! We want to keep our prices low for you.
